INTENT TO OPT OUT OF HOMESTEAD EXEMPTION

The Mayor and Town Council of the Town of Ochlocknee intends to opt out of the

statewide adjusted base year ad valorem homestead exemption for the Town of

Ochlocknee. All concerned citizens are invited to the third and final public hearing on this

matter to be held at 1044 E. Railroad Street, Ochlocknee, Georgia on January 23, 2025, at

5:30 p.m.
